No quilting going on here. Working on getting the guest room set up for when my 2 grandsons will be here! Not that they care what it looks like, but I want to get it done. One more thing I can mark off of my list!

Check out the new pincushion pattern over at Moda Bake Shop by Julie. They are large pincushions and are really cool. I love pincushions so this pattern is a must to try. Here is the site: www.modabakeshop.com

I love looking at all the quilts and enjoy visiting the vendors to see all the new things that are out!
Anyone else I know that is going?

No stitching today, but I worked on the binding and used about 120" of thread last night! Every little bit counts, so it will be done soon.
I finished binding a table topper last night. Tonight I have worked on binding a batik quilt that I started over 5 yrs. ago and had quilted this year. It is so good to be getting some finished projects.

Go over to www.barbscreations.blogspot.com for a great Christmas in July giveaway!
Not having such a great week. Had some flooding in the basement last night. DH is out of town, of course, and I strained my back while using the wet vacuum. I was able to spend a little time in the sewing room and quilted a Christmas table topper that I started last August!!!!! I have several more small items to quilt and bind. Would really like to get these done soon. Christmas is less than 6 mo. away! Yikes!
